Nicole embarked on her journey with this unique approach to yoga in 1996 when she came across the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli through Alexander Gray and Vanda's book "Awakening the Spine" .
In this practice the body is not pushed nor forced, rather the intelligence and wisdom of the body is encouraged through deep attention and listening to the language of the body. This discovery is made through a playfulness and an interaction between the ground, the breath and gravity.
